Biography
Raja Orr is a classically trained pianist and composer based in the Napa Valley. Orr studied at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music where he earned his Bachelors degree in Music Composition. Known for his accessible and original style, Orr’s music is frequently played in chamber music festivals throughout the bay area. Along with composing, Orr also arranges music for orchestras for notable music festivals such as Burning Man and Bottlerock. Orr is currently the Assistant Conductor of the Napa Valley Youth Symphony and organist of St. Joan of Arc and Holy Family church in Yountville. Orr also teaches piano and composition privately in Napa and online.
